General Regulation of Data Protection (RGPD)

In the consultation of Dr. Miguel Hoyos we are aware of the responsibility for the use of personal data, and we want to comply with the RGPD of May 2018. To this end, we have adapted our Privacy and Data Protection policies to the new regulation. You have requested information about a treatment, and to be able to perform this service we need your name, your telephone number, your email address and a brief statement of your query. We will respond whenever you accept the policies, as well as expressly accept the possibility of sending you information about the service requested or other related. The user will be responsible for the veracity of the data provided. In case of detecting false impersonations, it will be duly reported in the AGPD, and the false data will be eliminated.

What will we use your data for?

The means of contact to send you information will be the mail or telephone. If you request information from us through WhatsApp or other means of messaging, we will also answer you by this means. We will use your data to give you personalized information, and offer you related services. In case of not providing the necessary data for these purposes it will be impossible to provide the services or information requested. If you leave us your phone, we will try to contact you to answer your questions or make an appointment.

The email and mobile phone contact data of the User may be used to send you announcements and other commercial communications about our services, provided that you have expressly authorized it with the marking of the corresponding acceptance box. The use of your email and mobile phone in the above terms will be done with your consent in case you check the corresponding box.

HOW LONG WILL WE KEEP YOUR DATA?

The personal data provided and obtained during the provision of the services requested during the duration of the business relationship, shall be kept for a period of 5 years from the last confirmation of interest.

What are ARCO rights?

The data protection regulations give you the following rights in relation to the processing of your data:

  • Right of Access: To know what kind of data we are dealing with and the characteristics of the treatment we carry out.
  • Right of Rectification: can request the modification of your data for being inaccurate or untruthful.
  • Cancellation Right: Request the deletion of your data when the treatment is no longer necessary.
  • Right to Oppose automated decision making.
  • Portability right: You can get a copy of the data we are dealing with.
  • Right to limitation of treatment: You can request the limitation of the treatment of your data in certain circumstances. In this case we will only keep them for the exercise or defense of claims.
  • Opposition right: You can object to the processing of your data under certain circumstances.
  • Right to revoke the consent given.
  • Right to file a claim in front of the control authority (In Spain the Spanish Data Protection Agency).

Users may freely exercise their right of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition to the maintenance of data. The data will be kept while the relationship is maintained and its deletion is not requested and in any case in compliance with statutory limitation periods that are applicable.

To whom will we communicate your personal data?

The data may be communicated to other companies of the Dr. Miguel Hoyos Usta group for internal administrative purposes, or if necessary for the execution of the contract for the provision of the service for whose purpose the interested party has provided their data.
